What I am trying to do here is to provide information that I have found useful. Information that I can't make a whole page of without repeating a lot that has been already said. Either here or elsewhere. If I put it in a page already written you might over look it. So here it is.
Dental Health
I have paid $350 dollars to have my dogs teeth cleaned. ( After a 25% discount ) Putting the dog asleep is the problem. My dogs drink water that has a dental treatment. I brushed their teeth, got teeth cleaning treats, used dry food, and still I was looking at $350 about every 2 years per dog. Now I found something that seems to take care of the problem. Leba III from Lebalabs will get rid of the plaque. ( see Products for website )I also use a dental treatment that you put into the water for all of my dogs and pups.
Dog Ramps
While talking to a prospective customer she mention the her house looked like a skate board park because of all the dog ramps in her house. She told me that she got the ramps on E-Bay, so I checked it out. I didn't find any ramps, but I did find stairs for $8.00. Any one who has look at ramps or stairs will know this is a good price. Maybe the ramps will come back. I like ramps because dogs will run down them but have a tendency to up from stairs.
Behavior
Every thing is cool name. When a puppy does something it is not suppose to do right in front the typical response is to jump up while calling the dogs name loudly. This scares a puppy, she does not know what to do. Run. Hide. Pee on the floor. In order to calm the dog down and let her know everything is okay I have a second name for the dog.
I have a dog named Sable. Sable was a little goofball, so when I played with her I would call her goofball, goofy, and goof. Sable would also pee on the floor in a half second. The other pups looked around and bent their knees not Sable. She would stand still for a second and there would be water on the floor. One day right in front of me she stopped, I jump up and yelled "SABLE". No wet spot, I scared her. I said "sorry goof" and she perked right up, no longer scared. I tried it out a couple of more times and it worked.
